If you've taken a look at the member thread, you'll know that at the moment we have 4 basic ranks. I'll explain each of them, how you rank up, and the possibility of having more.
-Grunt, everyone starts out as a Grunt. It's just that, a grunt, you're part of the clan and that's it. No Special privileges or anything really. Of course you can always make suggestions or tell me or Android any of the problems you have, but that's about it.
-Admin, now you have powers. Don't abuse them. Admins are a step above grunts. And as such they can order the around. If you're an admin that you can order the grunts around, whenever I plan on doing something big, or changing something, I will discuss this with you and the other admins. Being an admin comes with a touch of responsibility as well. if you're an admin, then carry yourself a such, I'm not saying that you can't make jokes or anything. but be serious when the situation arises. And NEVER put yourself down, if you're an admin then I chose you for a reason. Never put yourself down, because not only do you make me look like an idiot for choosing you, but you make yourself look like one as well. It's a big privilege to become a grunt, don't abuse it.
-Second in command, you shouldn't really worry about this one since there's only one. Second in command is what it means. Second in command. As second in command, you don't have to ask permission to do anything, if someone is acting obnoxious or like a douche, you go ahead and ban them on the spot. If anything is wrong go ahead and change it. Second in command comes with responsibility as well. Be serious when you need to be serious, and be firm. Also be just, people will look up to you, and it's up to you be a positive role model. Not trying to be cliche or anything, but respect yourself.
-Leader. Just like Second, you shouldn't really worry about this, as there's only one. But let me go ahead tell you what I try to do, and what i think a good leader should be. A leader should be strong and respectable. Because if you don't respect your leader, then how can you respect the clan? If you think your leader is weak, then obviously you think the clan is weak. A leader must be just, and play no bias in situations. A leader has to respect his members, providing that he gets the same kind of respect back. A leader is always looking out for the best interest of his members, because his members made him. His members made the clan, not the leader. In short, a leader should be powerful but just, non-bias, but not spineless.
Possible future ranks, I understand that only two ranks is kind of weak for a clan. (Only 2 that are available to most people that is). So I will definitely be adding more ranks as we get members. But for now, this will be alright.
Ranking up. I know everyone would like to rank up, but that's not gonna happen. Let me say right now that there will be some of you who will spend their entire time here as a grunt. There are certain criteria I look for when choosing someone to rank up.
-Number 1 Activity. Guys this one is huge. I'm looking for that guy who's here all the time, possibly even more than me. I'm looking for that guy who is one when I get on, and who is still on when I get off. I understand that being active is hard for some people, what with sports, relationships, and lives... but I'm asking for a couple of hours a day at most.
-Number 2 Respect. This one means, do you show respect to me, to other members, and most importantly to yourself? You must carry yourself appropriately at all times, and show maturity when you need to. That means no arguments, especially pointless ones.
-Number 3. Finally skill, this one is not as big but still important. you have to be good at the game, I can't put some as an admin or whatever who averages 3 kills and 50 deaths per game. Not a good look. That's basically it, if you wanna rank up, show me some of these, prove to me that you want. Because you have to want it.
